Registration Directions

A file has been uploaded to the "Registration Form" page. Please download this file onto your computer, fill it out, and print. Then mail the form with your payment to the address listed on the form.

Make sure to get your form filled out and sent in on or before 05/16/08 when the cost is $25 per person!!! After 05/16/08, the cost goes up to $30 per person! We will look at the postmark date on the envelope as to what the price of ticket should cost. We need everything in before 05/30/08. This is when we have to give a headcount to the caterer.
